Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by The Elegance, including all turnkey renewable Interior projects offerings (the “Services”). By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Scope of Services

The Elegance offers end-to-end turnkey solutions for renewable Interior projects including, but not limited to:


1. Site survey & measurement
    •    Conceptual design (theme-based interior)
    •    Coordination with architect & MEP consultants
    •    Fire safety & building code compliance

2. Civil Work
    •    Demolition / modification of walls
    •    Partitioning (brick, glass, gypsum)
    •    Structural civil changes (if required)

3. Electrical Work
    •    Wiring & distribution boards
    •    Guest room control systems (GRMS)
    •    Lighting design (ambient, task, accent)
    •    Emergency lighting, signage

4. HVAC & Mechanical
    •    VRV/VRF or split AC systems
    •    Ducting & ventilation
    •    Kitchen exhaust systems
    •    Fresh air supply for lobby, rooms, restaurant

5. Plumbing & Sanitary Work
    •    Guest bathroom plumbing
    •    Kitchen & pantry plumbing
    •    Rainwater & waste management systems
    •    Hot water systems (boiler/geyser)

6. Fire Fighting & Safety
    •    Fire alarm systems (smoke/heat detectors)
    •    Sprinklers & fire hydrants
    •    Emergency exit signage
    •    Fire-rated doors (if required)

7. Flooring & Tiling
    •    Vitrified/porcelain/marble flooring
    •    Anti-skid tiles for bathrooms
    •    Wooden/vinyl flooring in rooms

8. False Ceiling & Lighting
    •    POP/Gypsum ceiling
    •    Designer ceiling for lobby & restaurant
    •    Cove lighting, chandelier fittings

9. Painting & Wall Finishes
    •    Emulsion paint / texture paint
    •    Wallpaper & wall paneling
    •    Decorative wall cladding

10. Carpentry & Hotel Furniture
    •    Guest room furniture (bed, side tables, wardrobes, desk)
    •    Reception counter & back office
    •    Banquet hall furniture
    •    Restaurant & bar counters
    •    Modular kitchen & pantry units

11. Upholstery & Soft Furnishing
    •    Curtains, blinds, sheers
    •    Bed runners, cushions, rugs
    •    Lounge seating, headboards

12. Glass, Mirror & Partition Work
    •    Shower enclosures
    •    Glass doors for conference rooms
    •    Decorative mirrors & partitions

13. Signage & Branding
    •    Room number plates
    •    Directional signage
    •    Illuminated hotel name boards

14. Audio-Visual & Automation (Optional)
    •    TV panels, music systems
    •    Smart lighting & curtains
    •    Key card systems

15. Final Cleaning & Handover
    •    Deep cleaning of rooms & public areas
    •    Final inspection & snag list clearance
    •    Key handover with documentation

The specific scope of services will be detailed in the project proposal or agreement signed by both parties.


3. Client Responsibilities

The Client shall:

  • Provide timely access to the project site

  • Ensure availability of necessary permits and clearances (unless agreed otherwise)

  • Cooperate with the Company’s project team throughout the duration of the contract

  • Make payments as per agreed terms


4. Payment Terms
  • All pricing and payment milestones will be outlined in the signed project agreement or quotation.

  • Delays in payment beyond [e.g., 15 days] from the due date may incur penalties or suspension of services.

  • Prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.


5. Project Timeline

The Company shall make all reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed timeframe. However, delays caused by force majeure events, third-party suppliers, or client-side issues may lead to adjusted timelines.


6. Warranty

The Elegance provides warranties on equipment and workmanship as stated in the project agreement. Warranties may be voided if the system is altered or maintained by unauthorized personnel.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.


8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under the following conditions:

  • Breach of contract by the other party

  • Mutual agreement to discontinue

  • Insolvency or bankruptcy

Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all completed work and any costs incurred up to the termination date.


9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.


11. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of india


12. Amendments

The Elegance reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing or via our website.
